Return Policy
Every product you buy from FX Imports must be free of defects, or you may return it immediately to our distributor for replacement. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Many of our products are hand made, hand painted, or cast sculptures. Because of this, there may be some slight differences between items. These are not considered defects.
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item, except closeout items, from FX Imports for a refund or replacement (We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). The item(s) must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories and must also include the Packing slip.
Items that are returned within 15 will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery or in unsellable condition or missing parts, will not be refunded or replaced.
Returning Items
Please contact us at Returns Department for instructions and a confirmation number before returning any items. Please include your Name, email, packing slip number, item number, item description and a description of the problem. If you are just missing a part, no return is required. Just sent us and email and we will send out the missing part.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
